The challenge
Modernize without erasing history
The business had deep local trust and a rich offering, but its identity, information, and path to booking needed a more intentional system.
Innerart Academy · Independent client work
I evolved Innerart Studio into Innerart Academy, translating decades of teaching equity into a distinctive brand, a class-first website, and a clearer local customer journey.

The challenge
The business had deep local trust and a rich offering, but its identity, information, and path to booking needed a more intentional system.
The insight
The garden studio, Shiva’s teaching philosophy, and the breadth of hands-on classes created a warmer, more specific story than a generic art-school promise.
The strategy
I organized the experience around class type, audience need, schedule, price, and booking, then gave each offer its own persuasive landing page.
What I created
The work spans naming and brand evolution, messaging, information architecture, website design, offer pages, local search content, communications, and Yelp placements.

Yelp advertising
I extended the new positioning into Yelp ad placements designed for people already searching for art classes in San Jose. The focus was message consistency: location, class types, real studio character, and a direct route to inquiry or booking.
